we will take a deep dive into the world of boundaries.
We’ll look at what boundaries are, where they come from, and what your relationship with them is. We’ll explore what boundaries feel like in your body, how thought work can help you form better boundaries, as well as effective communication and practical skills for setting boundaries.

"Since Boundary class ended, I have been using the tools you taught me. I feel way less overwhelmed, and just feel like I have my life back?! if that makes any sense!!! Just wanted to say THANK YOU.
I have been able to say NO to stuff/events etc for things I don't want to do, which then has allowed me to say yes to other things I want to do or are important to me / family.
I'm still working on the guilt part but it never lasts more than one day, which before sometimes I would feel guilty for a week or even until I met/ saw the person again. Now I have the neutral/ positive thoughts/sentences to say to myself to reassure me I'm headed in the right direction.
So Thank you for passing on these great tools so I can set healthy boundaries in my life and not feel like I'm overwhelmed all the time.
